i nearly made it to two weeks without cutting, nearly being the important word there. but as usual, i screwed up, and sit here for a second night a complete mess, crimson tears flowing nicely.

i am a failure and i am sorry to everyone who offers me their support that I let you all down, i am sorry

((((((((((((((((((((((madmusician)))))))))))))))))))))) Please don't be so hard on yourself. You did not screw up nor are you a failure or let anyone down. You had a relapse. Most of us here have relapsed at one time or another. Please be kind to yourself and try and stay safe.

you didn't screw up. you did very well with holding off for this long. be proud of that, and just get back up and try again.

Hello Mad.
I am very sorry that you are feeling let down at this time. Everyone has a bad day every now and then and you know that you have the strength to put off the sI for a few weeks so you will just have to try again. Take care (((((MAD)))). Soidhonia
