I found this booklet online, and I found it to be pretty useful for someone who doesn't have any medical knowledge or first aid experience.

As the booklet suggests, I don't encourage si but as someone who does it anyway, I am one who plays it safe...

Hoping this link is allowed here.

(not sure if someone has posted this!)

I find it pretty useful because I do get the moments where I think I went overboard....

to everyone.

I think that it is a very useful link. While it doesn't encourage injury it will at least allow someone to keep themselves safe while they seek medical attention.
