Friday my count of "number of days since I self harmed" went back to zero.

Saturday - it stayed at zero.

Sunday - it stayed at zero.

Now it is monday and I doubt I will make it to "one".

:/

I feel like I am falling apart. My brain is simply against me.

My count went back to zero last night. And like you I don't see it getting to one day right now. I feel so stressed atm that I don't really know how else to cope with it all.

Why do you say "I don't Matter" try saying "I do matter" sounds lame and corny, but whats worse, saying it that way or a better way?

What is stressful in your life to make you do it? Maybe try something different. Force yourself. Obviously your mind and body is telling you it isn't liking what your doing, so change it!

Hi IDM,
I'm sorry you're struggling
But I know things are really hard for you, and if "day's" aren't working for you right now, who says it has to be measured in days?? Considering how hard things are, let's do hours instead!!!
And sometimes when things are real tough, 14......16......20......hours can be a massive achievement AND something you SHOULD really be giving yourself credit for!!!!
And you know, maybe you can start trying to push it more to 26.......27.......28.......hours.
And don't forget you have had zero's running into each other before, which have run into one's.......two's......and longer!!! You can do it, maybe not right now, maybe not today (???) but you can do it.
And some more help with the depression??? That seriously can't be helping, any chance I could persuade you to see your T/pdoc???

Alison

P.S You know I'm not going to miss an opportunity like this but.........

I DOn't MATTER

There must be something in the water.... I am also a mess!

I'm sorry to hear you are so upset. You're always so encouraging to everyone else.

I wish I had a magic answer for you. I suppose all u can do is just keep trying and know that you're not alone...

Take care!
