well... about 4 to 5 months ago I started SI ... then I stoped about a week into it because i was caught by my school counselour.... now i've started up again, and i was asked if I had by my counsellour yesterday I told him yes, after thinking on if i should or not...
Well the main reason of this post is because i'm feeling really guilty, because i went to see the doctor today and got new meds... she asked me if i was hurting myself, and i paused and shook my head no.... even though i had.... and... i didn't want to lie... but i just did... v.v and now i'm all feeling guilty about it.

Hello Lexi.
I am very sorry you are feeling guilty at this time. It is very hard to feel safe in telling a therapist that you SI. In time you will probably gain the confidence needed to tell the therapist that you SI and get the help you need regarding the SI. Until then though it is very important that you get the therapy you need so that you can regain control over the SI through getting the therapeutic help you need until you feel strong enough to let your therapist know about the SI. Take care and good day Lexi (good to talk to you in chat today). Have a great weekend. Soidhonia

Hang in there, things will get easier. It says a lot about you that you felt comfortable enough sharing this with your T ... that alone takes a great deal of courage and you should be proud of yourself. As for your doc, well don't be too hard on yourself. This is not an easy thing that you are going through, and with time hopefully you will feel more comfortable talking to him/her.
