I self harmed tonight by scratching down below
i am in a female body i keep doing it as i have no other way to self injure as my husband has thrown all the blades etc out and he says he isnt getting them anymore my husband knows i scratch down there but he doesn't know av done it tonight as he is in bed at its 2.46 am here i cant sleep at the moment i dont know how bad it is my nails arent that long i cant clean it by myself so my husband will be pissed as he has to help me clean it and he will have a go at me for it

Are you in couples counseling with him? Are you in limited mobility? Are you unsafe, at home?

no i dont get therapy for both of us i see some one starting next week
the reason i need help to clean there well its sort of embarrassing am obese and i cant see what am doing i can reach but i cant see down there my husband knows av scratched there he got it clean ... __________________ |

he was angry at first but he said he dont want me to hurt myself all the time
he use to self injure himself but he not done it in years i feel i need to still do it __________________ |
