my theropist quit on me... ahh im gonna go crazyy..... im tryin.. holdin tight.. pinchin my own skin, its gotta be better than cuttin right

I feel sorry about that, too. But don't let that get you down. Not because she left it means that you're going to quit. No. Take that as a reason to get stronger. Let that as your motivator to succeed. So that you can show her that you did it and that she may be proud of you.
