im in this weird kind of apathetic state towards cutting. i havent in quite a long time, i dont remember the last time i did, but it's not because i actively stopped, i just didnt feel like it. i've been really depressed lately and i've been thinking about it and i would plan to do it but then id just get too lazy/apathetic/depressed to actually do it. i dont know if that is a good sign or a bad one [not cutting, but not because i dont want too, but because im too apathetic]. same with crying, i cant remember the last time i cried and i kind of think it would be nice to just cry, but im otherwise totally apathetic about it so i cant just cry. im not really sure whats going on.

I'm not really sure either ... are you seeing anyone professional regarding this?

i am, but i am so sick of therapy, it hasn't helped me at all, and i'm too apathetic and lazy to talk to her much. and she'll tell my parents if she sees potential harm. so it's just kind of like whatever

I would guess that therapy might help more if you did talk to your T...I'm not sure what exactly she can and cannot tell your parents...you may want to get clarification...but even if they are told...they love you and just want to see you get better...right?
