I don't know what it is but I've been feeling it build for awhile. I think maybe it's stress or the whole roommate from hell situation that I went through and the move and work all combined is causing me to really consider self harming tonight. I have 10 months under my belt and I do NOT want to relapse, but I'm having a really tough time tonight. NOt thinking about cutting but definitely thinking about burning. Maybe I'll take my own advice and suffer through a cold shower to kill the urge...

I'm still thinking of you Seesaw, you're a kind, caring, beautiful person who reaches out to try to ease other people's distress. I hate that you live with so much pain.
