Trigger

I don't know how to add the trigger icon from Tapatalk, so just know that most of this post, probably all, can be triggering.

I ache so much. I've felt so depressed the past few days, not too surprising but this time is different. I feel like I've lost all hope, and I just want to cut all the time. It's all I can think about. I don't even really want to be alive anymore, but I couldn't do that to my family. I wish I was alone so I could do it though.

I'm just trying to get through one hour at a time. Haven't been able to let myself be unsafe, just the usual self-sabotage keeping me alive.

Have you been talking in other part of the forum? Depression forum ain't too bad, most of the time, I get good vibes wherever I go on this site. I'm sorry that you're struggling.

I do post in the depression forum too. Thus was one of several rants I wrote that day, and it seemed to fit here better at the time.

I added the trigger icon for you, I'm sorry you're feeling so down. I don't know much about Tapatalk so I can't advise you but you can report your own post and ask for a trigger to be added. That will get the fastest tesponse if you need a trigger. Hope you are feeling better.
