been nearly 3 months since i last cut
so close today want the pain, want the blood NEED the pain NEED the blood want to cry, dont have tears, want crimson ones to replace my lack of tears HATE ME sorry |

Try to distract yourself or get out of the house, call a friend or another person to get you out of the situation for a while until you feel out of the danger zone Mad. Take care. Soidhonia

Take a deep breathe. Try to focus on something else. What about trying to get some exercise or sleeping it off and seeing if that helps? I'm sorry you can't cry, I do know how that feels. ![]()
