I am going to the doc today. I am physically, emotionally, and mentally excausted. I just can't go no more. It is for the best. I have already collapse a coulple of times, and I want to be mentally stable for my daughter and husband. It hopefully won't be on a psyc floor. I just wanted to let everyone know incase I just dissapeared for a while.

It sounds like a place away from the stresses of home will do you some good! However... unless SI or suicidal ideation is causing you problems... why not say book some time off work and go and stay in a hotel for a week or so? That way you get time to relax and de-stress and you don't get involved in the hospital system. Though I am not sure if that would work for you - weren't you hospitalised a few weeks back?

Thank you for letting us know. It's always hard when some people just dissappear and we don't know what is going home. I hope things get better for you and you get the rest you need.
