possibly triggering

I haven't cut for two years but when I'm stressed or craving it really badly it's like I can feel it. I feel either past cuts or anywhere else I want to make a cut. I either feel that sort of general pain that you sometimes get after cutting or I'll feel the sharp sting that the blade makes coming across the skin. Sometimes I taste the blood in my mouth or feel it clotting in my throat. I know it's not real and t makes me feel really crazy sometimes. When I'm really stressed it just won't go away. it's like I can't escape it. I guess I just want to know if other people have experienced this. It makes me feel really alone and psychotic right now.

Is it normal

When I'm stressed I start to think more and more...looking at scars...to try to cope without it..I don't think you are alone...

LONG tim after that . the point is that if the memory is strong..it is RELEIVED in a strong way and all the nerves cooperate in the process..unlike in ordinary memories....am i right?
