I'm really sorry you feel this way, Fuzzybear. Do you have any in real life support? I think you need to talk to someone about this.

Fuzzy,

You are a wonderful person just as you are.
I am sorry you are allergic to so many meds and the professionals have not been helpful to you IRL.

Yet, these things do not determine your worth.

(((((( FuzzyBear ))))))

You are loved by many of us!

Thank you. “Real life help” which was abusive was partly what got me in this place, I can’t tolerate any of the meds they offer. And that is all they offer me. So I “get by”....

Suicidal thoughts are a familiar “companion” of mine.

Fortunately I have a few good friends who care about me. Or I wouldn’t be here at all most likely as the whole family of origin were (and are) abusive..

((((Fuzzybear))))

It's worth bothering because it can get better. I self injured from childhood well into my 30's. I finally stumbled onto a wonderful on-line self-help community that helped me to stop. I've now been SI free for more than 7 years.

I still have bad days. I still have days where I want to SI. But now I get through them.

It's worth it, because I no longer deal with the shame, and regret, and self-hatred that went along with the SI.

I know I am worth more than that, and don't deserve to hurt myself. You too are worth more than SI and don't deserve to hurt yourself. You're a huge support to many people here. That tells me you're a good person.
