I know the desire is strong. But you too are strong. I hope you can use the strength in you to help you and comfort you and be kind to you and not to hurt you. But I know sometimes that is impossible at the moment. Try to be kind to yourself. Try to know that there are people here at PC that care about you and would be willing to listen.
