I stopped for 2 1/2 years, in July and August I started again. It's hard to stop once more, I thought I could have control again, I only did it once each month but it sits on me now. It's hard to stop again. Why? Why why why why why why

I hate this so much

(((Daeva))) It's so hard to stop, but it is so frustrating after having a long period without. Congrats on the 2.5 years by the way, that's awesome! I'm sorry that you are struggling again. Just remember that you were able to stop for 2.5 years and it is possible for you to do it again. Dust off those coping skills and try them again. You can do this. I find it hard to stop once I start. I'm on a better medication now that does seem to help some. Hang in there.
