Back when it started, I was getting ready for school and something about my Dad's ex girlfriend kicked me off - I picked up a toothpick and started scratching at my arm, I kept at it for like half an hour. I continued using toothpicks to release pain for several months, maybe years, but got horrible scars on my arms from it - they were very deep as well.

I switched to razors and sewing and syringe needles after I dropped the former.

I used to cut and burn. I won`t say which tools and methods I used because I don`t want to trigger anyone.

I used to cut for the most part. But I've burned, punched myself, hit my head against the floor, bite myself, dig nails in skin, anything basically. But I haven't for a long time at times its tough but YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!!!!!

Cut mostly, sometimes burn, picking a wounds, scratching myself, stabbing/inserting razors.
