Has anyone tried this for self harm addiction?

I just read a bit of the site and came across this:

Yes, I thought that blurb was good too. I was thinking about that a lot. I just hope it helps with some of the wanting to. Because I don't want to, but sometimes I want to. And then I do. And then it starts all over again.
