I’m 12 days free from self injury, im feeling mixed emotions about this because i was regularly doing it but now im almost at 2 weeks free. Im feeling very heightened because, Ive never come this far but seeing such progress is scary but im proud of myself. Im feeling a lot of emotions right now, but im trying my best.
