Don't be ashamed bosely. You went an entire six months. That is an accomplishment. It is a set back and you can move forward from here. Don't be too hard on yourself.

Hi bosley.........

You must feeling alot of pain right now so please don't add to it by feeling ashamed. You've achieved 6 months once and I'm sure you will again, in you're own time and when you're ready. You really having nothing to be ashamed of, just take one day at a time and do anything you can to take care of yourself right now.

Will be thinking of you and sending special thoughts your way

(((((((hugs))))))))

Bosley,

Don't beat yourself up. You still have those 6 months to be proud of. Stopping self harm is really hard and it's really easy to slip once in a while. Try to learn from this incident - what led up to it, what you were feeling. so that next time you feel the same way you might be better able to withstand the urge.
