Although I do not self injure like I used to, on occassion it does happen. Sometimes I get the thought out of the blue and have no time to fight it.

The other day, I was in the bathroom. I had this incredible urge to start punching myself. Before I followed through, I had a thought that came out of no where. That thought was "Don't do it. It is not your fault." I still have no clue what that thought meant, but it gave me hope as I did not hurt myself.

Not sure what this all means or where it may take me, but it was very odd.
