im still having bad thoughts....havent told anyone since the last time (1 1/2 weeks ago.) i think of bad stuff each day but i havent acted.......was supposed to give pdoc all my pills (200 or so of em) today, but moved appointment to thursday...

can you write more and tell us what is happening?
can you call 1-800-suicide?
can you write to the Good Samaritans about your suidical intents? they really do write back.
can you go to the ER if things get out of control?
there are plenty of suicide resources on the net.
please keep reaching out!

i stayed on here til i was calm, but its getting worse lately. i dont know really what i want to do about it.....

staying on pc until you were calm is a real good start - that is one i have done as well when i am in a bad place. start looking up crisis line numbers so you can have them handy in a pinch. i carry mine in my wallet. plug one or so into your phone if you can. if you are in therapy, please tell t that you are having hard times right now.
