((((((((((Abby))))))))))) You can do this. You keep trying because you know that if you do this you may wind up feeling worse afterwards. You're worth it. Keep trying. Try for 15 minutes... Then another 15. Until the urges leave.

It may feel like that now... but just hold on and eventually the anger will dissappear - if only for a short while... then at least you have delt with the present
