This seems to work for me and I would reccomend it for any gamers on this site. I usualy only cut when I come home from school. Such an environment fills you with so much hate and depression. Then cutting is like pleasurable pain. It creates an inner peace. Recently though I found that I taking out aggression and sorrow works well virtualy. I found that taking out aggression on those inside the world of Call of Duty 4 or Grand Theft Auto 4 works as well.
