All i think about is hurting myself. These thoughts come and go, but they have got so much stronger today. Don't want to though!!!

You have come to the right place Fighting the thoughts..., it is good to talk about these things and not bottle them up, im here for you if ever you need to talk, remember that.

Then dont do it then!!

I know how sacry it is when you really dont want to cut but that certain something inside you is forcing you to do it. Take it one step at a time and just take your mind off things.
