I'm stupid because I'm now obsessed with one of the ways other people harm me and using it to harm myself.
Maybe that makes me sick that I hate it when it's done to me but now I'm getting obsessed to doing it to myself. grr

Too much going on. Things to decide that I can't. People walking all over me and hurting me. People leaving and coming into my life. Old wounds being torn open.

Not that wounds ever heal grr

Just want to cut and burn so bad now.

Okay you...

It's not stupid, it actually makes a lot of sense. We go back to what we know and what's been done in the past, whether good or bad. It's hard to break a cycle grr

Please be safe ((((((((Vince)))))))))) you can do this.

It's going to be okay, You have had alot happen here in the past few weeks and it is an overload. Take some time and breathe, spend sometime just relaxing doing something you enjoy like writing.
It will get better I know it will. I'm here for you any time you need to talk. We all care very much Vince, everyone is here for you.
