Im feeling the urges bad tonight... Im sorry. I have that feeling of emptiness and rejection again, though I know its not really there.

Oh god no, I tried writing my feelings down but it just made me want it more, its been a month now, I know that the scissors are in the drawer and I can get them out if I want to because they are right there, the answer to make this pain go away right now is 30 seconds away

I'm sorry I wasn't around when you first posted, and I hope you managed to keep yourself relatively safe (if possible). When faced with the urge... I normally destroy something, like a book or go out and really spend the energy I've got stored up in my body... maybe you can try that?

Im better.
I didnt harm but I did something that ive been trying not to do for years. I got out my old diaries and reminised about the past... the past that I closed the door on over two years ago, and never thought about since. I read about all the good times, that I'd never been able to read because that happy past was snatched away from me. Which is stupid, because I am now seeing that past again tonight, I dont want to go back into that frame of mind again. So we'll see what happens tonight, maybe I'll smile and walk away, maybe I wont. thanks guys for the support, it was much needed. Much love for you all babyg xXx
