Here are several reasons:

1) Because the urges WILL pass.

2) Because you don't deserve to be hurt.

3) Because you'll probably regret it later if you do.

4) Because you're strong enough to resist, and resisting will be a testament to your strength.

5) Because there are better ways to take care of yourself emotionally.

Just a few. I believe you can resist the urges, have faith in yourself and just focus on your breathing!

Keep resisting. Phone the pdoc, even if they aren't "yours", maybe they can help. Or call that phone line maybe.

Stay safe. Stay grounded. Try to move around and do something safe to keep your mind off of things.
