In the past I have had difficulties feeling good. It is like when I feel good I start waiting for the hammer to fall so it is better not to feel good at all.

Yeah, there is that. In my case though, feeling good isn't something I'm used to. Neutral is a big improvement over the way that I used to be all the time. More than that is unfamiliar, and maybe a bit scary. Manic can feel good, and I'm not sure that I can distinguish between normal highs and mania or hypomania, so that scares me too. But I'm never at that end of the spectrum this time of year though.

((((Carrie))))

I can relate to that. That is how I am. Worry about feeling too good.
I think my Grandma helped me become this way. She always told me, "Expect the worst, and you'll never be disappointed" You can take that two ways, I suppose, but with my mindset at the moment, you can imagine which way I take it.....

Oh my, an addition to the stinker club. Hello Heather!

Take Care all,
Kimberly.
