<font color="#000088"> hi all. it's been about a week since i had a major melt down. i cut myself badly july 4th (it's healing ok) and was really in a bit of a mini-crisis. thank you to those who left comments.
my apologies if some of my replies were a bit harsh, but i really was in a very bad place. focusing on the big picture was not something i was able to do at the time. i hope you understand. i was only looking for hugs and understanding at that point. i spent the weekend after the 4th with very close friends. i told them what had happened and they were understanding and supportive. they know i suffer from depression and are helping in every way they can. i'm very lucky to have them in my life. so i'm going to try to once again pick myself up and dust myself off. what else can we do?!
