Apology

I wanted to apologized...

To everyone in chat on Monday night. I said something inappropriate. I didn't know what SI meant and I said something insensitive and I just wanted everyone to know that I'm really sorry and I feel like a horses *ss.

I'm really very sorry and I hope I didn't trigger anything for anyone!

I wish I could tell you how many times I've opened mouth and inserted foot. Or typed and hit the enter key without thinking.

I think we have all done this.

I think the maturity in life comes when we know we may have hurt someone and have the ability to acknowledge it and apologize. You are a wonderful person.

I have no idea what was said, but I've done the same thing. Way back when, I didn't know what SI meant either - so you're not alone in that, ok?

I think your apology is more than accepted ... we all say things we regret. Go easy on yourself.

Self-injury is something that is hard to understand for a lot of people... even for people who are "under it's influence" (because it is an addictive behaviour).

I wasnt there I was on personal care break. I wanted to say that you are so sweat and such a great support for so many here that i am sure all will be forgiven.

I'm not worried about being forgiven. I'm okay with someone being mad or upset with me. I'm worried that I may have caused pain to someone or triggered someone to cause pain to themselves.

You're doing a good thing by apologizing, but don't beat yourself up about this.

I'm okay, really. I think there are a couple people upset with me but that is okay. I'm a big girl I can take that. I'm not freaking out. Just wanted to apologize is all. When someone replies and shows me their sympathy, I feel I should ecknowledge it. But really I'm fine.

I soooo did not want to make this about me.
