I haven't posted for awhile...although...the urge is there I have not SI'd in 16 weeks...I just wanted to share.

Thanks...the initial post I retrieved from the outreaches of PC...it was a year ago when I wrote that...so I'm in the 16 month range...although over that time I've used food or no food, cigarettes, some alcohol...it seems like a subsitution...I stopped cigarettes about 1 month ago....something I was trying to hide from the kids...middle one is to smart...nailed me twice...
