I have a very vengeful side to me. My T betrayed me and I want to cut just to be spiteful! I know it's not the best way to show it, but I'm so damn tempted to just do it so I can say I did it and that my cutting is none of their business and that I just felt like doing it and not giving them a reason!

Hi Lex. Maybe you can find another way to communicate your hurt. Perhaps by writing a letter or making a phone call. I hope you find some safe ways to express your pain.

I decided to cut. Yeah, not my greatest work. I cut my stomach twice. It'll heal like all the rest, no big deal.
