I just stopped seeing my T when I turned 18-last month. She arranged it so a counselor would come to my school just to check up on me. Last night I was really upset and wanted to cut. I called a local hotline so I wouldn't give in, they are going to tell the T that comes to school. I really hope she doesn't bug me about it. I don't want them to start weekly therapy again. Any advice?

Yup, but you won't like it. Sounds like you need to continue weekly therapy HB. If you are struggling so, it sure sounds like the best plan.....imho.

Take care, and please keep your mind open to the idea of returning to therapy.

Halliebeth,

I'm with Emmy there. I strongly feel that you need to be in therapy. You just need to find a therapist that you feel comfortable with.

Good luck!

Angela

If you feel comfortable with her, and she is able to help you to get better, then that sounds like a plan to me. You could certainly talk to her about it and see what she says. It can't hurt.

(((((hugs))))))
