I've heard of a lot of people that dont' feel the pain. I for one, feel every second of it. So I can't relate, but I definitely know that others can.

~hugs~

There are times that I don't feel the pain. That usually happens when the emotions I feel are at their most intense, overwhelming, and overpowering level.
But then there are also a lot of other times I do feel the pain......

I don't know if that helps or is the answer you were looking for.

Please try to take care of yourself and be safe. We care about you.

Sometimes I don't feel it. Those are the times when I have the most need for cutting, usually after I haven't done it for at least a few weeks, and sometimes when I get the most satisfaction out of it, but there are also times when I have been disappointed that I didn't feel it.

*hugs*

I usually felt the pain.... or at least I would continue until I did. But there were a few times when it seemed like I couldn't feel anything at all until I started to calm down.

I feel it. Thats why I preffer using a safety pin and making holes more than cutting. I like the high it gives and the pain feels good to me afterwards. The slight pain is worth the rush it gives me....i think....

I agree with the others... i don't feel it when I am in my worst of places... and it gets bad. Hopefully therapy can help. If I find the miracle cure I'll let you know. Till then my heart goes out to you. Hugs if wanted.
