This is the best I've been, consistantly, and I can't even do that properly. I hurt people, I hurt myself.

And I just SIed for the first time in months. I've never been much of an SIer. I don't do it deep or often, but I just did it

I think it's my deepest ever, but I'm not sure. And that's still nto saying much. The most blood ever anyway. I can't even SI well enough for my own liking.

It's not even fair to tell my friends.

I cant even be sad properly. I'm playing games and doing my normal things while crying. I jsut dont know what to do.

I am so sorry you are in so much pain. You don't deserve any of this. Please try and be gentle and forgiving with yourself. You deserve to have gentleness and care in your life. People here care about you, try and soak that up, ok? Hang in there.

Please don't feel like you deserve this. Nobody does! You are a wonderful person and there are a lot of people that love you. You should try to keep your mind off of things. Find a puzzle, play a game... etc. I hope that you are feeling better.. I know how you feel. Keep us updated. PM me anytime

Melpomene,

I am sorry you are in such pain - do you have a T you can talk to about this? do you know what triggered it?

I was recently triggered by having a good morning - I know that sounds crazy but thats what happened - I hadnt had a good morning with no si urges for as long as I can remember - and I didnt recognise it when it happened and this made me nervous and so I wanted to SI now I know its a trigger I can deal with it and you can deal with yours too - there is hope

try not to be so hard on yourself - you are human - we make mistakes - Geez Ive made HUNDREDS! but you can do this - there is hope
