it will go away, someday it definitely will. You are doing a good job of not giving in to the urges, you are stronger than the **** urges. Besides, SI won't make you feel more in control, the fact that you fight the urge to SI means you are in control of things.
Thanks for this!

I'm sorry that you are going through a rough time - sending you lots of doggy hugs the best medicine out there

There are a few things I want you to know. First, this will pass although it does not feel like it right now. I know this may sound like a cliche but sometimes it's going through the storm that helps us feel better. I know a few months ago when I was going through it, it did not feel that way but I was told to stay with the feelings and try to live my life. It has not passed completely but what does...??? I think I am stronger for it and able to see things differently.

The other thing I know is that you are an amazing and incredibly wise person. I have read the things that you post for other people and you always are spot on. I wish you could go through your posts and read out loud what you have written and apply them to you, even if you don't believe it right now - you will.

Don't trust the voice inside that is telling you, you can't, it's lying to you big time. I think there is a quieter voice that knows that can get through this and is on your side. (hope that makes sense)

A lot of people care about you here, so keep us informed about how you are doing.
