Ok ok today my psychology teacher saw my brand new cuts on my wrist. He talked to me about it today too... CRAP how could i be stupid. I told him the truth. I also told him not to tell any one about hit especially the school. Well he said he will talk to people that may help me.. well i dont need his help. I am scared that my mom will find out that i told a teacher at school i cut and she will be mad(she allready knows i cut anyway) and im also scared the school will find out. Really stupid of me. I cant beleive i told him the truth. UGH i am so scared. i cant even think. im not gonna cut im too scared to cut... i dont want it to be like this i want things the way they were. I was stupid for talking. Im just scared. I wish i were a million miles away.

It's scary to be found out when you didn't want to be. It can make you mad. On the other side, you really haven't had the help that you need, and this might lead to it. I hope that you take advantage of any opportunity for help that you are offered. Even if you didn't want to be in therapy before, it might be different with someone else, and maybe it will be what you need. Sorry that you are scared though. Love, Rap

I would be mad as well if i were in your situation, but as Rap said it could turn out for the better. I'm sure the teacher will help you he won't go behind your back and tell the school.

well i saw him talking to the school psychologist on the 11th. so far nothing has happened. i hope it stays this way... i hate to have everyone find out..... i am even freaked at going to his class. i told my friend what happened.. she said wow well at least hes worried about you.. i told her i dont want people to worry. i just want to be left alone. i dont know how hard it is for everyone to leave me alone. thanks for the support.
