Hi, GranCindy, and welcome to Psych Central and to our group! I haven't seen any liquid vitamin D. Can it be bought at a pharmacy?
I want to see if there's a health food store near where I live. I know there's one about an hour away where I used to live. |

🔥In a flare
This flare is my fault. I ate a few meals over the last three days that were not healthy/friendly to my immune system. I was able to leave and purchase fresh fruits/vegetables, cranberry juice and soup. I also have tea to calm my stomach. 🍅🥬🥒🥦🥕🌽🍍🍌 I have not taken my supplements and vitamins today. My soup it warning up and I will take my vitamin D & B, turmeric, fish oil, HTP, Ginseng and magnesium. __________________ #SpoonieStrong Spoons are a visual representation used as a unit of measure to quantify how much energy individuals with disabilities and chronic illnesses have throughout a given day. 1). Hey, cocosurviving! Good to see you! I've been eating really healthy lately, and I think it's making a big difference. Hope your flare flares out soon. Sometimes we have to learn the hard way. I keep wishing I had a hot dog with all the trimmings and French fries. Oh, well. Maybe after I can get to a healthy weight I can eat a little such food.

I take my prescribed meds, prescription-strength potassium, vitamin D and I have tried Melatonin, but I don't like how I feel after. I have also tried CBD to help me sleep. It does nothing. Valerian Root doesn't help. I did try ZzzQuil a couple of times. It gave me a hangover. So I just sleep off and on all day.

I'm not taking any right now. I go in spurts where I take like 5-6 vitamins and then quit for a while

Hi, Teddy Bear, and welcome! I was the same way--sort of hit and miss. Now I'm being supervised by doctors and I'm doing better.

This is my latest shocking information
Health Benefits Of Donating Blood | BRMS Blood donation is really good for the person donating. And 1. they test your blood for like 10 different issues for free (that your doctor doesn't test) and 2. if you donate to research they will pay you. |
