🔥In a flare
This flare is my fault. I ate a few meals over the last three days that were not healthy/friendly to my immune system. I was able to leave and purchase fresh fruits/vegetables, cranberry juice and soup. I also have tea to calm my stomach. 🍅🥬🥒🥦🥕🌽🍍🍌 I have not taken my supplements and vitamins today. My soup it warning up and I will take my vitamin D & B, turmeric, fish oil, HTP, Ginseng and magnesium.
