Hairdresser reveals how we've been washing our hair all wrong: 'This is the most forgotten part'

I think I've almost got right.....

I don't like to wash my hair, though.

I hate washing my hair. It's a chore, like flossing. It's not as long as it used to be so less hair but still a pain to wash and even more so to blow dry. And I can't get it to look the way my hairdresser gets it to look, even if I try to dry it the way he does.

I suffer from chronic asthma. I used to hide it from the public when I was a kid, but now I realize that's not such a bad thing if you have trouble breathing. Inhalers, both preventive and emergency, are still used by me. I'd like to carry a rescue inhaler with me wherever I go, and I don't believe it's a horrible idea. It's the same as wearing glasses or contact lenses. I only use rescue inhalers in an emergency and Preventive inhalers on a daily basis.

Over 50? Don't Do This 5 Things Ever Again

When I read the title, I was thinking of a list such as "Clean leaves out of gutters," "literally run up and down stairs," and "ski". I'm going to add those, anyway!

It's "these" right, not "this"? It took me a bit to get what you meant.

I don't do any of those things thankfully. And this article says 50+ is vulnerable to COVID more than others, yet the CDC and other experts initially said I or we have to be over 75!!! Then it was 70, then 65, then 60! (My age) And then it was 18 and older, which I think it should have been from the beginning.

Nobody is immune to it. I know some are more vulnerable than others, but KIDS can get it as we know. The virus doesn't "care" how old you are or how the government defines "essential" or "vulnerable."

Right. I think just do the best you can aside from what everybody else does or says. (I just bought some N95 masks.)
