the last time my boyfriend took steroids was 3 years ago. ever since then, he suffered from erectile dysfunction. when he finally went to a sex therapist a year ago, the doc told him that he basically had a zero testosterone level. now he is taking medication from time to time, but not consistently. things are somewhat better, but he still rarely ever wants to have sex with me. i always have to initiate it. he makes excuses that he is busy. then when i finally beg and cry he gives me sympathy sex. he tries to make sex schedules with me. i'm only 23 and definitely not a sex maniac. i'm just a normal girl who enjoys intimacy. i just want to feel like he is a man who wants me. we have sex twice a week, and that is on a good week. but i feel like it should be more because of our age. i don't feel like he is a 'real' man because most guys i know want to have sex and frequently get hard ons. he doesn't. i'm on the verge of a serious collapse. it might sound selfish, but i don't want to be with someone like that because things would lead to cheating or divorce in the long run. is it time to end the relationship??

If his soldier won't stand at attention, he could at least cuddle with you and touch you and satisfy you with his hands. Won't he do this? If not, then it might be time to end it.

Has he had a complete physical by a physician? Other things can cause erectile dysfunction. For example, diabetes.

I want to laugh at this but i cant. As well a virgin i have to say he did bring it on himself. If he decided to take a shortcut the fleet he wanted and then his submarine sunk. if he had cancer or recovering from a accident then i feel sorry for him. If not it is fault.
Sorry for bieng so harsh

This is ridiculously insensitive. There are many reasons why a man would take steroids, he may suffer from body dismorphia which is a mental illness similar to anorexia. You should be careful before jumping to ignorant conclusions.
Thanks for this!
