Ok... I am going to try to speak as coherently as I can but I am having a really hard time right now so I apologize if I don't make any sense.

I am freaking out... about sex. I don't even know why I am thinking about it, because it is the middle of the day and my husband is not asking for it or anything.
But I am so petrified that he will want it tonight, and it is freaking me out! I am scared and I don't know why!!!!
My heart is pounding like mad and I feel like I need to start hyperventalting! WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME?!?!

((((miracle1986)))) There is nothing wrong with you! You do sound like you have some underlying anxiety about sex. But feeling afraid doesn't mean there is something wrong with you.

Has something happened to make you scared? You don't have to say anything you don't want to.

Brains are weird things. Maybe something happened that brought a memory into your subconscious.

I take this as your body giving you the opportunity to heal from a past wound.... take advantage of this panic attack and seek some counseling for that which still haunts you from with in.
