When I see naked people, I really panic. I cannot stand to take a shower or to take my clothes off for bed. i have been sleeping in my clothes so i don't have to change into pjs or sleep nude, like I used to, and this has been for months now. My bf and I have not had sex in 7 weeks. I cannot watch a movie that is beyond rated G. When anyone even mentions the word pornography, I get dizzy and can hardly breathe. I would like to hear from others who feel this way. I hate feeling like a freak.

youre not a freak - i used to get changed into my nighty under my clothes so the only place i was naked was in the shower- and i would leave the room if someon kissed or made love on tv

but this is obviously having a huge impact on your life - are you getting therapy? do you know why you react this way? - i know my reasons (CSA) and i got therapy which has helped me.. and im a lot better now - not good enought ot have a relationship bu def better than i was.

I hope you seek help to make your life more happy

sending gentle hugs if ok
