ironhed, this sounds like a complicated situation. Do you think your OCD is causing you to obsess about being sexually aroused by men? Maybe like since you had the dream it's all snowballing into a much bigger issue? Since it's been about a week maybe now would be a good time to nip it in the bud. Maybe you can use some of your OCD coping methods to deal with your sexually aroused issues.

Remember, these thoughts started in a dream. I'm not saying to ignore your feelings, but when you are having the sexual arousal for men can you try to distract yourself with other things or count to 10 (or however long it takes).

It's good to try to keep communications open with your girlfriend, but I understand how extremely difficult to talk with here about this issue. Remember, you do have a right to privacy, even with your girlfriend. But it might be good to share as much as you feel comfortable with. Even if you just tell her your are anxious. Go out of way to do "nice" things for her--maybe a back rub or bringing home flowers....etc. Tell her how much you love her.

Have you thought about seeing a therapist? If this does not resolve it's self soon you might want to try that route.

And, by the way, I've been down the same road of having sexuality issues such as being attracted to the same sex (lesbian). Please hang in there. Send me a message if you want to talk/chat. I'm very open about talking about these issues.
