Hi,
I decided tonight would the night to go... Any advice for me? I am going alone to the event and do not know anybody yet that will be there... |

I hope you had a good time. The first time I went to a lesbian dance I was nervous. I kept thinking about silly things. Like whose going to lead in slow dances.

I drove all the way there, but I didn't go in...

Give yourself a lot of credit for getting that far. You've scoped out the people and saw they were having a nice time. You may want to set a goal for next time. Like getting out of the car and listening to the things people are talking about. Yes, I understand how scary it is the first time.
