I don't know if my libido is beginning to die or not.

I was warned by the Voices that they'd be taking it out of my system to keep me from masturbating (they are trying to keep me from seeking sexual interests, not to mention that they say it's against my nature.)

I remember masturbating for a period of time before it began to arouse me to the point that my heart would beat very fast, then I had to stop because I was afraid I was going to have a heart attack.

And so I've been feeling like I want to do it, but when I did, there was no pleasure. I felt it before I did it though. I can feel the vibration and my heart, but not during the masturbation.

I've actually have had natural vibrations like that before, just a year ago, but I wanted them to go away. Now they're starting come back again.

There are only certain things that turn me on. I can only do it if I'm imagining a sex scene, but if I see a nude photo or see a movie featured with sex then I will automatically freak out (to be honest the only part I got past was just the buttocks, but that doesn't pleasure me.)

I just don't know. It must have something to do with the Voices.

Hearing voices telling you what to do does not sound healthy. Please see a mental health professional as soon as possible or go to a hospital emergency room. Please try to make all of your decisions on a logical basis rather than letting vague voices in your head tell you want to do. Please go to a doctor or hospital as soon as possible.

No, I have told my therapist. However, it is very hard to control the Voices. They can't even be rid of.

I've already been to a psychiatric hospital for them (which is something I could tell my experience about).

I'm on medication to control it, but they haven't said anything bad in a while so...

Hey, KZ - Please tell your therapist of the voices as soon as possible. It is very important that you to this. All the best to you.

But I already have!

Nothing can be done. The psychiatrist even said
that Voices are hard to treat, you cannot get rid of them.

Just because something is hard to treat does not mean that you are better off not treating the problem. Rather, you are better off getting immediate treatment and be ready to be in treatment for as long as it takes to get better. If you are dissatisfied with your T, there are a lot of others to choose from. I suggest you find a new T who specializes in treating your issues who will not give advice that discourages you.
