Hi deon1,

What have your doctors said about your difficulty reaching orgasm?

Have you been physically checked out to rule out any possible physical causes? While the situation is extremely frustrating, perhaps trying to put less pressure onto yourself to reach O is what's needed.

Btw, do you have any physical disabilities? Is your doctor willing to try viagra, or some other pill to increase sensitization? My bf is paralyzed from the chest down, and has run into the very same difficulty. I've tried very hard many times to please him physically, but it seems impossible. Unfortunately, I get my pleasure from bringing pleasure to him ~ so it's a crazy merry-go-round!

Do talk with your physical doctor, if you haven't already, to rule out any physical causes for the lack of reaching orgasm. Another tip: maybe a little more variety would help you. Gentle bondage, food sex, massages, more foreplay, and less pressure for you to please her might help you.

Best wishes to you ~ take care!

Hi. It is unclear if you reach orgasm during sex. It sounds like you might be having orgasms but, instead of taking a break afterwards, still are capable and want to have more sex. I have heard stories about guys who have this ability. I don't think it's strange. But, it is important to have a feeling of satisfaction after sex.

Firstly, take pride and satisfaction that you have made your partner happy. While sex is very pleasurable, there are other things you probably also enjoy that are not sexual and you should pursue those interests to achieve personal satisfaction in other things like exercise / sports. Sexually, perhaps you could find satisfaction with a lower pleasure point, e.g., satisfaction in cuddling afterwards, finding joy (even amusement) in your ability to have a lot of sex, etc. You are one of those guys graced with a robust sexual appetite. Mother nature worked hard to create guys like you! It makes you special and your life more complicated in some ways but it's a lot better than if your problem were the opposite. I think it should be possible to deal with it even though it is something that complicates your life when it seems you would prefer to be average in this area. There will come a day when you are older and your body slows down and you will be one of the guys you describe who falls asleep after sex. When those days arrive, you will be saying to yourself . . . gee, remember when . . .
