This is not much info to work with, but to be perfectly honest there is nothing unusual about that. It's quite normal to masturbate.

I suspect not much will happen really. There used to be all kinds of myths and superstitions about masturbation, none of which it appears have turned out to be true. Most people will tell you that it is an inadequate substitute for the real thing

Hey Kiddy. Hope I can help.

Depending on your age (I'm guessing from your name you are younger...my guess would be around the ballpark of 14?), you are going to feel sexual desire. It's a very normal part of growing up, as is masturbation. I do think 3 times daily is a tad much, but overall, you're young and in a new phase of your life. It's not at all unusual, and masturbation has practically no adverse side effects unless you do it to the extent that it interferes with your day to day operations (IE: I didn't do _____ because I was...well, you know). There's a lot of old myths regarding masturbation (such as hair growth on the palms or loss of eyesight), but they're absolutely baseless and completely untrue.

All in all, you're fine. Relax, and enjoy your age.

My best,
Harley

Why would you need saving? If the reasons for why you feel ashamed about what you're doing are religious, i would speak to your local minister and see what support they can offer you. Other than that masturbation is perfectly normal - its an efficient and safer way of dealing with our urges and if its something you enjoy whats the problem? I assure you most people do it, and reguarly i might add. If you feel the amount you are doing is causing physical issues like soreness and is stopping you from being able to get on with other stuff as you normally would i would speak to your doctor - although it doesn't sound like you have an abnormally high sex drive. It could just be a boredom thing but hey - there are worse ways to be spending your time!
