Thank you both. That means a lot, truly.

Mediation...I had never considered that. I hadn't quite pinned down in what precise field I want to practice in. That's worth considering.

speaking specifically from my own experience when a psychiatrist tells you that the amount and frequency of your masturbation is specifically self harm you can take that to be too much. (yes I was told this by said professional)
