Losing my understanding of myself in depression :<?

Constantly trying to understand myself because my future was and hopefully still be focused around satisfying human beings but I may have come to the conclusion that humans are rarely something I prefer but animals, sex toys and in-animate objects seem to be more preferred which is so strange an it's making me feel like crying ;< .

Someone help me ....
